Subject to the terms hereof the Yearly Membership member is extended the
following benefits when the enrollment fee is paid:

• Free greens fee and Cart Fees anytime with 7 day advanced tee time access.  
• The Yearly Member holder will receive a free USGA handicap service.
• Weekly complimentary professional instructional clinic access
• Free range balls anytime
• Two free drinks (per day/not per round)
• Free lunch when lunch buffet of the day is offered
• Players club corner/Discount on all other merchandise

The Annual Golf Pass shall be issued in the name of the yearly member holder only
and is not transferable or assignable.

The term of this Yearly Member Agreement (this “Agreement”) shall commence
on the date this Agreement is executed and full payment is received by the
Club, and will terminate Dec 31, 2010.

The Yearly Member holder acknowledges and agrees that no refund of any portion of the Yearly Membership Fee will be given if the member holder terminates this agreement prior to the expiration of the current term or if the Club terminates this agreement for cause.  The Club may terminate this agreement at anytime for cause, including inappropriate behavior or violation of any Club rules and regulations by the Yearly Member holder.

A Yearly Member holder must abide by all rules and regulations of the Club and
shall be responsible for any damages caused to any golf carts or other property leased or owned by the Club.


All members must present membership card at Check in.
